BirdDogZ start their careers with
very minimal financial startup but will capitalize much on confidence to talk to
sellers. BirdDogZ do not represent the buyer or the seller in a real estate
transaction. They do not have any direct link to the property. His or her sole
task is to locate a lead and refer it to the investor for verification. If it is
a successful one, the BirdDogZ will be paid a consultation fee.
Investors save on costs of
finding properties through BirdDogZ. Also, they benefit from the reduction in
total time that it takes to search for locations by knowing which properties are
potential investment sites. Compared to a licensed real estate broker, BirdDogZ

information required by the investor in order for them to evaluate the property
for possible purchase.
